About Jerry: Jerry Alena loves training people on how to create a the conditions for high-quality sales. He co-founded Choose High Performance after thirty years of experience in pensions and insurance. He spent twenty years as a top producer for John Hancock Life Insurance Company and The Hartford. In 2015 he was elected a “Top Wingman” by the National Association of Pension Producers. Jerry believes sales is a team effort and he led elite teams in his tenure as a professional.
After Jerry’s young friend Jesse Lewis was killed at Sandy Hook, Jerry decided to help change the world at the most basic level: by helping people replace angry thoughts with loving thoughts. Jerry’s deep commitment to funding the Choose Love Movement and to building healthier teams and communities, led him to develop Choose High Performance. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Jerry is currently studying for his Masters in Psychology. He is a DiSC-certified instructor.
